In January 2020 Grant Thornton Armenia* has formed a unified Board of Governors and Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has been elected as the Chairman of the Board. Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has held different leadership positions with Grant Thornton’s Armenian member firm for over 20 years and is currently also member of Grant Thornton International’s Board of Governors.
