Lilit started her career at Grant Thornton in 2021 as the Head of Human capital advisory services.
Lilit brings over 10 years of professional experience in human capital management and organizational development, specializing in recruitment, learning and development, quality monitoring, customer experience, training, coaching, and change management. Her expertise spans HR management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits design, performance evaluation, and management development. Lilit has also led HR efforts during mergers and acquisitions, including internal communication, corporate culture design, rebranding alignments, and HR infrastructure development. She is adept at creating and digitalizing HR policies and processes. Her experience spans key sectors, including telecommunications, finance, and IT, showcasing her versatility and leadership in diverse organizational environments.
Lilit has a Master degree in Social sciences, as well as in European studies being studied in 5 European universities (University of Graz, University of Zagreb, The Autonomous University of Barcelona in in cooperation with the European Institute for Public Administration and the European Academy of Bolzano). She also conducts corporate and open trainings related to HR management, people management as a non-formal education, as well performance evaluation and competences development courses for HR master students at Yerevan State University.
Lilit also has a proven experience in setting up internal software platforms, particularly knowledge base and Intranet (SharePoint based), HR administration tools (ArmSoft, Himnark), task management and collaboration tools (Slack, Bitrix24).
Throughout her professional career Lilit has managed recruitment and HR consulting processes in more than 10 organizations by showing strong leadership and project management skills within tight deadlines keeping highest quality standards.
